Rep. Ritchie Torres in Conversation with Rabbi Angela Buchdahl

Central Synagogue, a Signature Synagogue partner of the ADL, is honored to host Rep. Ritchie Torres in conversation with Rabbi Angela Buchdahl. A lifelong resident of the Bronx, Rep. Torres is known for championing communities that have been left behind. His platform includes support for expanding public housing, the LGBTQ community, and environmental justice. He has also spoken out against the rise of anti-Semitism in America and supports Israel’s right to defend itself. In a deeply polarized time in our country, Rep. Torres has found ways to connect across party lines. Come and learn more about Rep. In-person attendance (limited to Central Members and their guests) requires proof of vaccination (including booster) and for a mask to be worn at all times throughout the event.
