As in-house counsel, Shannon supports Central's staff with all potential legal matters, including contracts, insurance policies, employment matters, and general liability. Shannon also advises on applicable federal, state, and city laws and regulations. 

Shannon was formally a litigator at Loeb & Loeb LLP, where she maintained a broad litigation practice with a focus on intellectual property disputes and complex commercial contracts. Prior to this, Shannon was in the litigation group at Kirkland & Ellis LLP and the regulatory and compliance group at Schulte Roth and Zabel LLP.  

Shannon has a J.D. from the University of Michigan, where she also completed her undergraduate studies in political science. Shannon is involved in recruitment for Fellowships at Auschwitz for the Study of Professional Ethics (FASPE) and serves as a volunteer lawyer for the Anne Frank Center USA.

 Shannon lives in Manhattan with her husband and young daughter.
